I am unsure if this girl is interested or not.
I was talking to another girl, when I noticed this girl looking at me. So when I caught her looking, she quickly looked away as if she wasn't caught.
The second time, I was chasing after a guy to get them to check some forms I had filled in, when I noticed her staring at me again. So I looked at her and she held strong eye contact with me for 2-3 seconds before I started talking to the guy.
Then we bumped into each other on the way in/out. She seemed to light up and/or at nervous when she saw me come in. She then initiated a conversation about the clothes I was wearing, asking if I had been issued any clothes. I told her I hadn't and she said some clothes have been delivered and to get some. After she said this she said to me "well you look really smart (handsome US)". I felt nervous and smiles and walked off. However, she was still keeping the conversation going, or at least trying to. But during our conversation, her body was 100% facing me and her eye contact was at least 95%, as if tuned out to anyone else around us.
The most recent time I saw her, I had to ask her about something. She buzzed me in through the door and turned 180 degrees around to face me approaching her, with whole body and feel pointing in my direction. Again, during the talk she had at least 95% eye contact with me. Talking between us seemed comfortable with each other.
So i am wondering if it means she is attracted to me?
