Prolonged eye contact, what does it mean?

So today this girl in my class, i sit across from her and at the end of class she started making prolonged eye contact with me for a at least 2 minutes until breaking it. she's donethis with me a lot in the past but she never talks to me so what can this mean? Im really confused, like does she like me or not

My class had a party yesterday and she did not even speak to me, she just locked eyes at me and bopped her head and up and down

Either you are staring her too much that's why she is looking to check that you are staring or she is interested, so if she is the one who is staring then she is interested and go talk to her, she won't bite trust me.

Definitely waits on you to break the ice then, women do this to catch a guy’s attention, but in general we don’t have the guts to walk over and start a conversation, regardless of how confident she is. Yea, she's done this about probably 10 times. we only snapchat though, barely any face to face socialization. On some snapchat stuff like “send a number and I will answer” she calls me cute and stuff so ill give it a go.
