Absolutely nothing, it’s a just a post and especially if you’re a friend you’re supposed to like the post. It’s only weird/creepy when you’ve never liked their posts before until that swimsuit post or you only like posts like that swimsuit one (so revealing ones).

Determine if the post is just a picture of her having fun at the pool or at the beach, or if it's a thirst trap. If it's a thirst trap, eh, maybe don't heart it if you don't want her getting the wrong idea. If you can see a lot of the background and the focus isn't really on her body, it's probably safe to heart as a friendly gesture.
