Never noticed because if I'm close enough to see it I'm probably looking at their face. And I'm not particularly observant to others anyway. Even so it's not really anything at all. I don't see why it would be off putting. Maybe as a passing though "maybe he's cold" before immediately forgetting and moving on with my life.

It's not like I'm gonna be like "I really liked that guy but now that I've seen his nipples through his shirt I think he's absolutely disgusting. Ew. Nasty guys with nipples."
