No. The male offspring would be tiny manlet men, and so would he female offspring. If a say, 5'8" woman got together with a 5'11" man, then her medium-good genes would mix with his sh*tty-garbage-manlet genes, and they'd more than likely have sh*tty-garbage-manlet 5'1" (by adulthood) children. The mother could not save their DNA.

That would depend on whatever gene-combinations manifest in the descendants.

For a better assessment of that genetic-lottery, the family-histories of both parents will be needed to identify and graph the predominant & recessive traits.

If we all collectively eugenics level selected breeding regulations that everyone just was totally fine with, it would still take hundreds of generations of that to genetically evolve human sexual dimorphism to have women be larger overall
