Firstly this is a weird question, and all that stuff in that picture was about Evolution in general there was nothing there that implies women will evolve alone to be stronger, That makes no sense, most women dont lift weights to begin with they will never lift more weights then men, men aren't just gonna wake up one day and stop goingto the gym and doing all the physicallabor jobs in the world, and even they did they and women worked out more they would would have a 50/50 chance of having a girl or boy child to pass that code onto just like men so even in that hypothetical universe it would never become dominant on the female side it's statisticaly impossible, so it will always be the same, men are naturally stronger there's no scenario where physical Evolution just happens for women alone some how, especially given the fact they dont no physical labor, also even if anything you said maid any bit of since, Evolution takes billions of years the earth would go extinct before we see a generation of women that are stronger than the men. Actually the way the world is going id say we have less than a thousand years before we're all genderles raceless half cybernetic abominations. So it won't even matter, but yeah your is weird and dumb.

For another, males and females are part of the same species and have the same parents so if this worked at all, why would traits only go to children of the same sex as the parent who developed that trait.
And finally if this really happens and if traits are passed to the child of the sex of the parent who developed the trait, wouldn't that mean boys would be stronger since guys lift weights more than girls?
Women are women, men are men. We have our differences, and we all know why healthy men are naturally stronger than healthy women. I don't think there'll be a change of this kind, at least not naturally.

Over the duration of the ascent of life, there were always mutations introduced into the gene pool. Natural selection chose that longer neck on a giraffe or, for that matter, larger penises, bottoms and breasts on large groups of humans, selected by aesthetics. My guess is that Asian men were less attracted to large breasts, while African men were attracted to larger bottoms. (hence: Sir Mix-A-Lot).
Lamarckism is nonsense. A more powerful female makes a better firefighter because of her already superior assets, hence, the Williams Sisters in tennis. They were born that way. Firefighting or Tennis does not stimulate physical asset change even if some women adapt better than others; which only proves she had better genes operating already.
There may be human tribal groups where natural selection chose more robust women and diminished men, but natural selection caused that.

No. Maybe it's possible for an individual female to be stronger than an individual man. But it will not be on average. Men and women are physically built differently.
More likely is that those giraffes who had mutations that allowed for longer necks allowed them to survive scarcity and predators better, and over generations those were all that were left. What you are describing would require genetic mutation based upon exercise.
