Girls, Why am I suddenly nervous around a girl who i've spoken too before?

Initially I was comfortable her, she and I have hit it off really well and we could comfortably talk with each other given we were strangers. She accepted my friend request on facebook. But now I just feel nervous towards her, she is still treating me nicely and all that. But I just feel nervous around her like I can barely talk.

She started off giving me this big smile and wave. Just seeming overly excited when she didn't know me. She has asked me questions like where I live, what suburb I live in etc.

She has even asked me who I went hiking with and how my new job application is going. I've noticed she seems to have more of a conversation with me when the both of us are alone. It's just makes me nervous. Plus she seems make me wait at the counter to take my order given she knows what I order and it's not that busy
