I had very long hair, I recently decided to make a drastic change and cut it all off. At work everyone commented on it except for one person, my crush. We are pretty cool at work. Text throughout the day and stuff. But she did not even acknowledge I cut my hair. Am I reading to much into that?

Maybe she's shy. I might not acknowledge it if I like someone and feel shy around them to say anything.
