What do you think about a girl saying she wants to be out of consideration if I am talking to other women?

I think that what she's asking for is a good thing. It seems as though she is looking for a serious relationship, and hoping it will last long term. It seems like you are not at that stage yet (or maybe never will be). That is okay, and you shouldn't be judged for wanting something "less serious". However, it is not okay to hold her back from finding a man that will want to give all his attention to her, spend every waking moment with her, a man that wants to be her rock, a man that will put a ring on her finger, a man that will promise her a future together, devote their lives together and potentially starting a family together. If you are not willing to do that, then you need to put her aside. Another man is going her everything she wanted and more. So you need to decide whether she is worth it, which means you put "sides" away, or let her go so you can find someone else that will be okay with it. I don't think that you wanted something else is wrong, but don't put someone else's life on hold because you cannot wait.
