I think it changes as you get older, too. For an extreme example, when you are a 5 year old, the 8 year olds are the "big kids" and are just so far advanced. When you are 14-18, the adults who are 20s are so grown up, and the parents in their 30s or 40s are so old. But then once you hit late 20s, you start to see 30s isn't that old, and the same thing when you get to 30s, you realize 40s is still young and decades away from really being "old".
But also it depends on the individual. There are some 40 year olds out there in really bad physical shape due to genetics, lifestyle, or a combination. They are "old" but it has to do with their personal lives.

Women hit 30 and start to lose the sexual power they used to have.
Their looks start going down hill and they start becoming more desperate.

In general 65 and above. For dating for me, after 50, I consider her old.

Actualy this depends on the genes. Sometimes an older woman is looking much better than a young girl.
From my experience it varies. 60 I think. I know several woman in their 40's who are very attractive and full of life.
