Do I say something or do I let it die out?

Not really sure what to do, do I tell her to back off a bit, or do I just let it die out?

I'm almost certain she does, based on the way she looks at me, but also by how last night she ditched her boyfriend to come to speak to me. She also leans towards me as we speak and her head is leaning to the side and down.

I am into her, but I would never go for her so long as she's with him.

How can I put it to her kindly? Or do I just let her feelings die off?

Unless she does something more blatant, like literal flirting, touching, or things that are crossing the line, then I would let it die out. Obviously I am not there first hand, but the examples you’re giving just seem super generic, and not enough to suggest anything other than friendship. You’d be telling her to back off based on how you are interpreting her personality, and if you are wrong and she’s not into you, it will just look offensive, accusatory, and likely squash the friendship you do have. Your examples just don’t seem worth that risk.

Well you have two options. You either ask her if everything is ok with her and her boyfriend and see what she tells you or indeed just show her that you are not interested in her and she may tell you from herself her feelings, either friendly feelings or romantic ones
