Why have women become so selfish these days? Have their dads been spoiling them too much? What’s the reason? Where can I find more thoughtful women?

I’ve heard so many women say they refuse to cook for men because they can just do it themselves but what guy actually wants to date a girl who only thinks about herself?

Just because we can cook for ourselves doesn’t me we should always have to.

Not saying I won’t do my part in a relationship but I just find it pretty selfish how so many women act as though they shouldn’t have to lift a finger for their man or offer to do anything.

All the while we’re still expected to do all sorts of things for her and shower her with all sorts of gifts, regardless of whether or not she’s done anything to deserve it.

But besides that all this talk I hear from so many women these days of “my body my choice” is upsetting. All the while they aren’t even thinking about the obligation they have towards the unborn body that’s inside of them. Regardless of whether or not it was their intention.

It’s just beyond my comprehension why women have become so selfish.

I know there’s also a lot of selfish guys these days but my question only pertains to women because I’m only interested in women.

So I’m mainly just wondering how I can avoid the trouble and where I am most likely to find good women to date.

I don’t want to have to travel very far to another country or continent, but I’d generally like advice on where I can meet women within my own country.

Isn't it more the reverse? Like either their dad were bad either they were raised by a single mother because if not it doesn't make sense on why they wouldn't respect men.
My father spoiled me and I was the preferred child but he raised me well and so Im' not selfish.
Never heard of any woman telling her boyfriend she wouldn't cook for him (only some old women who were used to date assholes and so became defensive with every men).

I would say women who have been raised by loving parents in a normal family would be thoughtful (at least logically).

Surely cause their mother told them to do it, like the whole "you deserve better" for everything or the "yo u shouldn't go out with someone that don't you give gift, flower every Sunday", etc...
Usually it's the women in their family that give them "advice" and dating and they're often not very good.

You're an old soul which means you will only be able to connect with older woman 30 year old. The 30 year old wants marriage cook , clean raised the kids. I wanted that so bad but sadly I am divorce and guys my age group want younger woman.

Most women are not selfish. We just live out life and it just may not work with your lifestyle. Nothing wrong with that, but you just have to meet someone that is right for you.

So if a woman marries a man, she has no obligation to do anything for that man?

I think you are confusing what happens in a relationship between two people with what your mom does for you. Your partner doesn't have to do anything for you. Same goes for men. They don't have to do anything for their partner. They don't have to do it, but they do it because they love the person.

Well if you’re not going to be thoughtful towards the person you’re with, then how can you call yourself worthy of their time?

But that's exactly what I am saying! Everything you do for your partner is because you're thoughtful and caring and you love them. You don't do it because there is a law or rule requiring it. You do it because you want to.

But most women still don’t seem to want to do thoughtful things for the guys they are with.

I would definitely be careful with saying most women aren't thoughtful. I don't think that is true. A good example is my girlfriend and I. We do plenty of things for each other because we love each other. Many of my friends are the same way. I'm sure some aren't thoughtful, but I would say most are, just like most men are also.

I would not use this site to generalize the entire female population. This site shows a minuscule subset of the world's population of women. You can't make generalizations off of that.
