Are Persian women (especially those from diasporas) as modern and progressive, and liberal, in the same mindset as all the other women in the world?

If you’re talking about women from Iran than they would probably be more conservative but there are liberal Persian women just like there are with women of all different sects, background, races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations etc.
