What do you do when a lady friend shames you for eating McDonald's?

Jenna this lady friend of mine was criticizing me for eating McDonald's today acting all superior saying "I care what goes in my body". I was like, "Jenna I've seen your Ex's. No, you really don't". 😆
Now she's mad at me.

McDonald's food is basically ground beef, cheap wheat, some indifferent produce, and pastuerized process cheese food, plus potatoes. Remember some years back, when that guy in Salt Lake City found a decade-old mummified burger in his coat pocket that looked pretty much fine, and everyone was saying that's a sign of all the additives they put in? Except it wasn't, because that's exactly what you'd expect from salted beef in a dry, cool, contained climate?

I certainly wouldn't call it "haute cuisine", but speaking as someone who began the month eating captured bugs, if you think McDonald's is "bad food", you don't know what "bad" is.
