I guess it depends on the situation.
Should she be having condoms on hand so the sex could be safe? Yes. And the guy should wear it.
Should she be taking HA and possibly ruining her health because of that? No.
I think both parties should be responsible for having a safe sex.

If anything happens anyway I believe that there should be discussion between them. Having a baby is not just pregnancy, it´s life long commitment.
