Do popular party girls eventually grow out of their party phase?

Or do they continue like that into their adulthood too & just pass it onto their kids?

I have a feelings those kids that were popular party people in high school had nothing else to do but party, drink & dress up every weekend, & they seem like people that will grow up to just do the same thing whenever they can.

I doubt that there are many who don't eventually grow up. Reality has a way of catching up with us.

I had fun all the way through high school and up to 26.5 years old when I accepted a job that required me to cut my hair and wear a suit. It was a very difficult transition, but by my early 30s I had become comfortable with my new persona, gained responsibility, and learned how to be a grown up.

Before that, though, I was carefree and immortal. I had a car, played lead guitar and sang in rock bands, backpacked, surfed, snow skied, was into sports and outdoor activity, was adventurous, traveled, always had a girlfriend, got high and partied like a Viking all the time. I wanted to experience all that life had to offer. And I have to say that it was great. I was an idiot but I don't regret a thing. I have some amazing memories from back in the day.

Some girls do the same thing. I salute them. It's how people gain experience and grow.

My wife, who is 2.5 years younger than me, loved dancing and disco during the years after high school. It sounds like she kicked up her heels and had lots of fun. But she also worked on her business skills and built a great career.

The two of us didn't meet until I was 40 and she was 37-38. We had both lived full lived and neither of us had ever been married. We've been happily married now for over 25 years and have built a great life together.

I'm sure there are people, both men and women, who cling to their halcyon days and never grow up.

But even if a person grows up, gains responsibility and becomes more mature, they can still enjoy life. There's no reason why they can't take pride in their appearance, love sex, and do what makes them happy. They shouldn't let others tell them how to live their lives.

Life can improve with age. People often have more money and are better established. They are more intellectually and emotionally mature. Because they have experienced a lot, their tastes have improved and they have become more discerning. They can afford quality fun.

Then there's this.

So I advise people not to let life pass them by. Create memories of peak experiences. Work hard, make a living, save a lot of money for the future. But also have fun. "Work hard, play hard" as they say. Chase your dreams and peak moments. Grow and evolve along the way. Know that you can be a really good person and still be a fun loving, adventurous freak.

Sadly yes they become boring parents with a kid that becomes their whole life they won't drink no more or party cause boring. It's often those who didn't do it as a teen who start making up for it by been not just a boring parent who has nothing better to do than make a pack lunch.

i wasn't popular at all (got bullied most of high school) but still partied regularly. i am now in university, study a stem subject and have top grades. i am organized and a hard worker and i still absolutely enjoy partying.
having fun on the weekend does not prevent people from being peoductive members of society.

Some grow out of it. Others don't. Usually though, being stacked with child obligations, or the reality that they can't pick up a guy as easily anymore starts them on the path of wanting to be serious and not have the "fun" anymore. The rest get old, and have nothing but their small animals as replacement children.

In my experience not completely the girls that went partying in my school time managed to get a life but still get most of their acknowledgement from partying on also went looking for guys there.

If they do, it's only because they realized that they have to if they want to be any sort of functional adult. They almost always pass the bad choices on to their children though.

They simply get pregnant at a young age, become single mothers and raise bastard children that are abused by their mothers sexual partners. Eventually they grow up to be the same as their parents or worse.

girls that think they can party like guys are usually so haggard on their late 20’s. I've had girls that wouldn’t give me the time of day when we were in college look like frightening homeless women now.
