Do teenage girls just like hearts or does it have meaning?

One friend that’s a girl drew a heart on her hand when she was with me. A different girl that I met has hearts in her phone case.

Do they just like them or does it have to do with anything?

Hearts are a feminine symbol since women are emotional and have a lot of love to give. So I wouldn’t look too much into it. Doesn’t really mean anything.
