If a guy took an interest in you and complimented your looks, wrote you poetry that wasn't cheesy, but authentically from his heart, and remembered your likes and dislikes, would you give him the time a day? Would you feel special?

Personally I would absolutely adore that. I am a hopeless romantic so that kind of stuff almost always works for me. I actually do those things for my boyfriend 😅 I do know some women who don't care for it as much.

He definitely appreciates it, but sometimes it makes him uncomfortable. I didn't consider that he wouldn't know how to accept these gestures because no one would ever do them for him. There are different expectations as far as romance goes But I like to try to keep everything equal in my relationship

Absolutely. I think when a guy is that attentive, it makes me feel safe and cares for if that makes sense. They would be traits I would look for in a man

It makes sense what you're saying. I used to write my ex-girlfriend poetry every day and find different ways to surprise her, like taking her on a picnic. You'll find someone to make you feel that way. It just takes time :)
