Girls, how important is romance to you?

I’m a shy nerd, but I’m also a strong lover of romance. I enjoy being a gentleman, and want to learn how to do many romantic things with my future SO like dancing, massaging, etc. Maybe even attempting to paint her if I can get past my perfectionism.

However it feels like less and less people even want a relationship, let alone marriage with a shy romance fanatic.

What are some romantic things you want in your relationship? Or do you feel it’s overrated?

A guy on this site, said to be who you are and not what other people expect you to be or are themselves. As an example, I’m an expert on human psychology and an inferior in mathematical skill, so I should emphasize my social skills and not my technical ability. If you are an intellectual, build your intellectual charm, and don’t bother trying to copy some other guy that picks up girls on vacation every year. You are attractive like all people on earth, but your selling point might differ from others who have a different selling point. I think if you play up the honest and quick thinking person, you would attract a lot of girls.

Romance is SO important. . I am a dreamer. I dream about having sex and then in the morning making him pancakes eggs and bringing it to the bed on a charcuterie board. I dream about putting rose petals on the bed candles etc. Rose petals bubbles in the bathtub with candles lol. These are things I expect to do for someone. Dont expect from others. Girls want romance. one friend just wants flowers from her man. Can be big things small things most girls want a little something.

So my response may be kinda lackluster, but I think an answer to this question depends on the woman you’re dating. Some of us are hopeless romantics while others couldn’t care less about that stuff and think there’s more productive uses of our time. Some fall in the middle, like sure they’d appreciate some romantic stuff but it’s not make or break. So when you find the right woman, get to know her, learn what her preferences are and work with what she likes specifically.

It is very important. Luckily, I married a guy who is very romantic. In fact, he is probably even more romantic now than when I first met him 6 years ago.

for the cute little things i like: matching phone case/couple rings/etc those types of stuff, cute little cheap gifts here and there, passionate kisses in scenic places, going on long walks alone together in pretty places while holding hands, cute little texts throughout the day, romantic sex especially somewhere nice, doing cute couple things like leaving a lock with our initials on a love bridge or taking loads of cute couple pics
