I hate to say it, but a lot of the time I feel like women are a lot more judgmental than men tend to be. Not saying all women are judgmental, but in my experience they can be. My mom is a great example, lol

Could be 2 different reasons they are jealous of how beautiful you looking or they have different opinions of females dressing showing "too much skin" I put quotation marks cause it's how they would say it if it's for me wear whatever you want

Not necessarily negative, just not sure why I receive these types of reactions sometimes from other women who look at me like I’m the girl from Pretty Woman or something. I dress nice, but I’ll always think there’s something off about my outfit LOL

Sometimes it can be that, but a lot of times it's because you look good and they are envious. Not to sound rude, but people who don't look good aren't usually noticed or stared at in public. Unless they're wearing something really unusual.
