@tinytina09 - people who claim that women don't make the same always fail to elaborate on one very simple fact. Qualifications.

I work in medical. Pharmacy. I am an extremely well experienced technician, one step below a pharmacist. In that I have been headhunted for jobs & hired over phone interviews for specialty contracts. I have addictions / mental health certifications, compounding certifications, vaccination certified, and I am also compression stocking trained. I make more than many male technicians because they don't have those qualifications.

I have overheard female pharmacists complaining that they are not paid as much as a newly hired pharmacist at one of the pharmacies where I've known the owner for years. This newly hired pharmacist has 30 years of experience, is cannabis-drug interaction trained, compounding certificated, vaccination certified and diabetes educator certified. One of the women pharmacists just graduated two years ago. She doesn't even give vaccines, one of the few in the store who won't.

The hardest part is commonly women are not in leadership roles. You will find more males are in leadership positions. My company has promised to level the playing field. Almost all supervisors and managers here are females, but when you look at the Director’s there is 1 female compared to 7 males with that title

1) Women tend to work part time jobs more often, because they want to be more involved in their children's lives. 2) They often get education in less lucrative career paths. 3) Women are less willing to take risks that could lead to higher salary because that risk could also lead to no salary (unemployment). When you are passive about your career and just stagnate in a position at a company forever you generally don't get very far. It would seem the average women wants to be paid unfairly for working less hours, with less challenging education criteria in a simpler field, while showing no ambition and taking no risks... So basically they are just slackers that want free money.

Because many loser women project their own insecurities, faults, flaws, and failures onto other women and try to claim that "all women" are affected by it. These are called feminists, and feminists don't give a f*ck about anyone but themselves; they just replace first-person pronouns with third-person female ones. They also tend to be unqualified, have little job experience or work ethic, and think their pussy entitles them to free sh*t; probably because they grew up that wayy and expect nothing less.

Feminists are mentally ill, narcissitic pathetic people who contribute literally nothing of value to society though, so no one should pay attention to them.

Women do make less than men in some instances, but the important thing to note is that it's not because they're women. The people who say it's a gender pay gap aren't looking at the statistics fully.

Women are more likely to work in less financially profitable careers (teaching, nursing), they are less likely to fight for promotions/pay rises, they are likely to take more time off work due to childbirth and childcare. And so on. There's a great many factors to consider, not just gender.

Because across the whole of humanity, they do. It's more due to lack ef assertiveness in salary negotiations, less worked overtime, and lower tendencies to volunteer for mele difficult or dangerous work than outright sexism, and obviously it doesn'n apply in every case, but taken as a whole, they do.
