Why would someone remove there partner off there social Medias after being on them, like all traces are gone.. looks likes she single..

Either they broke up, or are into some massive argument and push-pull things. She might be single but she might be also getting with him again shortly after a harsh argument, you don't know that yet. Let some time pass, to see if the situation settles like that or if she gets with him again. In any case after a breakup a girl needs time to process what happened and to recover a bit. She won't be instantly ready for another partner, so take it easy for now.
