Probably the same as girls would feel giving gifts to us and us saying we love them all.

  If I give her gifts now, I'd probably have decided I love her. Meaning I will give gifts regardless. Of course positive response would be good, only if she really likes them. If I found out she said it just to please me, I'd have to have a talk with her.
