What do you make of this scenario?

There’s like 4 women that work in one department together and one of the colleagues has to zip things together, has to pack on the skid, and has to go on the other side to help the other 2 ladies and is often making a lot of mistakes

while one of them only has one job to do and is often complaining and calling out her mistakes and letting her do all the work instead of doing it herself

Not a good working group.

The one I fault the least is the one making mistakes. If she's willing to learn, I'm keeping her.

I can't make much of the other two ladies and their jobs, but sounds like reviewing their workflow makes sense to see what the actual problem is.

The one complaining and not working? I'd start interviewing and making sure she sees them walking in/out. Then I'd have a conversation with her.

Give her a roadmap to work on where the company needs her to be, if she can't walk it, she can walk home.

Yeah the complainer 2 other people use to work here and she’s ran them off

The two other women they see shit the complainer does but say nothing they say she’s a B word

The make mistakes she’s helping everyone moving from department to department and no helps her
