Would you accept an apology from a girl if she tried to get you sacked for this?

A former female colleague and came into my workplace (she works opposite) and complained to me about talking about her to hour. She called me weird and thinks I'm obsessed with her. She then went in to try to find out who my manager is and complained about sexual harassment. Someone she speaks to then said she feels bad for what happened.

Background:
I used to work at same place as her until last year. Last year I told her colleague I saw her on Instagram and said she looks good. That person then told her. She has then confronted me about this.
Last week I went into her workplace, spoke to some ex-colleagues about job cuts and so I asked is she still working there. I also asked if other people still work there. A person that overheard the convo has then obviously told her.

She's obviosly mentally unstable and needs to seek help.
I would absolutely 100% refuse appologie from any women that tried pull harrasment card on me.
Have some self respect for yourself and refuse her from your life or you will prove her right to think your a loser and creep.
Choice is yours to make, i know where i stand on this one.

The usual female bullshit. Nothing better to do besides drama. That's why so many get literally crazy that most men are working from home now (if that's possible). With women you can't win.
