Would you forgive your girlfriend if she insulted you on this situation?

Lets say you guys had an fight and both partners took break from each other. After some days either of you comes back and says sorry lets say your girlfriend saying sorry to you she said insults like "Fuck you" and "I hate you" in out of anger. So will you forgive and forget or hold an grudge or never build feelings for her again?

I don't believe in taking breaks. I couldn't get past that first sentence. I would be done there. If my boyfriend says he wants to take a break, it's the end for me.
