Not necessarily. To be honest it's never good to assume something about another human being, especially when it comes to emotions, love, sex. It's best to either ask, or wait for them to say something.

Maybe you are just such a good dude that she feels safe with you and if she is married, maybe her husband feels that you are someone that can be trusted.

Now, with all that said, I will be 100% real about the situation. Some people have a fear of being alone and jump from relationship to relationship. There is a small possibility that she does, but because the possibility is so small, it's better to just go and ask her. Get it out of the way if it's bothering you that much. If you feel that asking her will mess things up, you don't HAVE to do anything at all. You can just relish in the fact that you get to spend time with her, talk candidly with her, and have a genuine friend, without making things uncomfortable.

I've been in that situation a number of times. Sometimes it's true, but usually when I end up dating that person they do the same thing to me, and leave me for someone else. When they didn't like me that way it usually made them uncomfortable and I never spoke to them again, and when I just appreciated their company and friendship, without saying anything, I saw and heard from them every day. Up until their significant other got jealous lol.

So, it's a tough spot to be in, but you know the situation and the people involved. I'm sure out of all those options you can figure out what is best for your personal situation. I wish you the best and hope that whatever you choose gives you peace of mind.
