Girls, If you don’t reply back to a guys message online is it because you’re trying to ignore him or genuinely busy?

Let’s just say a guy is being normal, you’ve responded to him multiple times online. But he messages you asking important questions (ie: do you know the person from this picture). If you read it and leave it on read, does that mean you don’t care much about the convo and want him to get the hint and stop messaging overall?

To be honest I’m getting tired of approaching women and girls online. Majority of the time, young women will just go based on physical and pictures of what he’s doing. But she knows nothing about his personality, his morals, his ethics, is he kind or just an asshole. What I said above as my question applies to many girls I’ve tried to talk to online. Sometimes online does work for guys, it’s just luck really. Other times for guys like me, it doesn’t. Overall, I think I’m a normal, decent looking guy, in shape, dresses well, I take care of my hygiene, I work hard in school and at work, saving money to get my own place, I cook good food, etc. I truly believe young women online overlook that because sure, I may not be the HOTTEST GUY with the COOLEST PROFILE. But I’m loyal and faithful and one day I will get a girl and I will treat her well, because she was the only one to truly give me a chance and accept me. But I’m done with online shit. I’m going to approach girls in person now. If I fail or get rejected I’m not going to take it personally. I just think I’m more likely to find a girl who says yes in person then online.
