Girls, if you’re texting a guy, and you reply once a day, are you trying to tell him you’re not interested?

I’ve been texting a girl from class. Every time I reply to her, I get a text back, but usually around a day later. I’ve been trying my best to show her I’m interested in her, so is she trying to tell me that she’s not interested? She continues the conversation, replies in detail, and we’ve spent time together outside of class. Also, her What’s App last active also shows that she’s online about once a day, so I’m not sure if that’s just what she does in general or not.

There is no women on the planet that has the slightest interest that would respond to you in this casual manner. She is not interests and is trying to let you know that without right out embarrassing you.

And from the woman perspective, if she does not do this then "he may go postal towards me." Don't be the thickheaded one that they talk about being annoying at best. I have heard those references and you are probably are already the subject of conversations... especially if sorority girl.

I'm honestly surprised by the answers here.

I would say she is interested in other things besides her phone plus she spends time with you in person.

She's probably busy with classes, homework, keeping up friendships, and possibly a job.

You said she responds in detail which tells me that she likes to reply at a time without distractions so she can give you a thoughtful response. I think you'd get dry texts of she wasn't interested.

i personally hear my notifications and check them regularly, sometimes i keep off replying for a bit if it's not urgent or i'm busy but i don't keep it for longer than a day unless i wasn't interested in replying...
