I am a slow-ass messenger, maybe he is like that.

I do message co-workers as friends and we talk about personal stuff, under the realization that the company has the right to monitor it at any time and it is all recorded forever.

Basically nothing too in depth.

If I am busy with work, I ignore everyone until I get a chance.

If your interested in more, try telling him that face to face.

Means he's not interested. If he cared he'd be worried about losing you to someone and would make sure you knew he was interested. I find if you question it, that's your answer. If he leaves doubt in your mind, the answer is he's not interested.

Not necessarily. Some guys, including myself in my earlier days are very shy to send a message showing interest implying anything more than friendship and possibly ruin what they have with the girl. Sometimes you have to make the first move if you want anything to happen.

If you liked a guy, but were confident that he didn't like you in that way, would you message him? Probably not. Either you'd bother him or you'd get rejected, so why bother?

However, if you believed that he might be interested in return, you'd be much more likely to message him.

No, it means he's preoccupied. Work, sleep, gym, bar. It could be any number of things. Maybe he just doesn't like to text.

60/40. I'd say 60% he isn't because most guys pursue. But for example 40% because some don't. I DON'T! If a woman waits for me to message first she liable to be waiting till he'll freezes over.
