Why did she wait until the last minute?

I asked this woman out to a concert. She waited until a few hours until the concert to tell me she couldn’t make it. Why did she wait that long? Could it be she really wasn’t sure or is she playing games? She didn’t give a reason why she couldn’t make it either.
She had a legit reason
