Or maybe she is just to shy to kiss, especially in public or maybe her friends tease her about it and she doesn’t want people talking about the two of u. Was it a quick kiss or was it a bit more intense? Maybe if it was more intense it was just a bit too much for her at the moment.
Let her know that it’s okay if she’s not ready for anything yet and that you liked kissing her (if you did) and when she feels ready if she could explain more as to why she feels scared to kiss you.
Maybe ask if it would be okay for you to kiss her on the cheek for now until she feels comfortable kissing on the lips again.

The real answer is probably bad breath or body odor or something like that. A lot of guys are gross and don't seem to know it.
