For example my best friend she is 38 but people always think that she is 19 . And she looks amazing , Fit and healthy for her age. Now one of my employees she is 21 but people always confused her about being 30's she's fat drinks to much. Older woman can look way more better then younger woman.

Age is a factor, but there are other factors. I think most people would find a person who is in shape and has healthy habits more attractive than a person who is out of shape and lives in an unhealthy way but is ten years younger.

Yes, people can look good into their 50s. People are usually surprised when they find out how old I am. I cannot pass for someone in their 30s anymore however.

Age has a lot of things to do with looks but so does genetics and lifestyle. You can look very youthfull at a old age, and very old at a young age. But everyone ages over time

It's true to a point, but it's definitely applicable if you're under 50. After that, the years start to catch up, but you can still look much younger and better than someone half your age.
