Girls, Why wear revealing clothes and then complain when guys look?

Women often complain about guys checking them out and looking at them, when they're wearing revealing dresses and tops that show cleavage.

Girls... here's your chance to explain it... Why is it wrong for guys to look when a woman is showing cleavage? Or maybe it's okay with you?

Well first of all the dress in ur picture is not revealing at all... its just a little cleavage..
But yes i believe when we choose to dress up to show we shouldn't complain... but u know there's always a line... i mean someone looks or looks n gives smile n move along thats fine but sum guys they just stare & stare & stare and tht feels creepy... tht is when we complain...

Some girls complain even when guys look at them momentarily... well thts wrong n they shouldn't

I enjoy it when guys look, but not so much if they stare. When I dress in a sexy outfit, guys checking me out is pretty much a given, if I had a problem with that I'd always be covered up completely.

It's annoying to be stared/gawked at for just going about your day.
So many parts of the woman's body is seen as sexy. I get stared at for showing legs, thigh, shoulder, collar bone, back, stomach, cheek (or outline of cheek), some chest, cleavage. Anything. Wearing fitted clothes as well.
Difference in opinion on what's "revealing" is also a factor.
It'd be nice if we could just normalize the human body in general... Instead of encouraging woman to "cover more" and make them feel as they're doing something wrong by wearing shorts or a crop top just because men are attracted to our bodies.

Oh you mean... I wear a fluttery skirt at best. For cleavage, I don't know man. I mean if I show cleavage, it's for me because its hot af. But if a dude looks... well guess it's a mind thing that says "this dude is staring... feel bad and embarrased about it". Makes us feel uncomfortable and either we wish they wouldn't... or just immune to it by now

If he's not attractive and staring

Her outfit isn’t any more revealing than what other people where, she is just an fit woman but being fit is not the same thing as being sexual, I had guys accuse me of being a slut when I had never been on a date as an 18 year old, just because I was considered sexy by virtue of my form.

Because men need to control themselves it's just a body. Parts of the body are only sexual if you sexualize them

Looking is not problem. Gazing at is the problem. Making someone irritated by gazing at her is problem. But looking can not be a problem.
