Looks, attitude and behavior, and being humble all make sense. That other shit is just more likely going to make me avoid her. I mean not deal breakers but it could be... depends if she's humble about it and all. But I don't step foot out the door and think to myself, "any bitch talk to me today, she better have all that skrilla and a career so she can take me out to eat, & buy me things'n'shit"

Respecting men doesn’t mean you have to like them. But it’s understanding the position they are in and treating them how you would want to be treated.

But the issue I have is many women (not all but too many) think likeability = respect. They are not the same thing

she’s a chill girl that’s actually cool to hang out with and a ride or die kinda girl that’s loyal. Most girls act cool and like they have a good sense of humor to get guys in the door but eventually the bad behavior and crappy personality comes out.
