Men, do you believe a woman when she gives you a compliment? Why or why not?

Sometimes no if it's something they know I'm worried about I think they're just saying that. Or if it's small talk and maybe they just can't think of anything real to start the conversation. But normally I believe it yes, especially if it's one I've not heard before.

No, because women never compliment a man who isn't their husband or son. Also, I'm REALLY not good at taking a compliment and in the back of my head, always think it's sarcasm or the person mocking me (which often times, it is).

Yes. Women don't give compliments to men often, so when they do it means something. I know for a fact women will try and make sure not to compliment a guy they like. Just so he won't think they're too interested.
