Other languages are hard for me to comprehend like if it was a language ha made up as a kid I'd like to learn it that'd be fun or if it was sign language I could deal with it but accents are what have my heart especially an Australian one but that's just my opinion

I wouldn’t say cute haha but it is nice when people are bilingual. They definitely don’t have to be though, like I wouldn’t care less if you could or couldn’t speak another language

Oh yes, absolutely! I love guys who are bilingual. I'm 100% sure that if I ever have a boyfriend he won't be a Portuguese speaker like me.

Yes it's really really cute to me! My Best friend sometimes speaks in his state language. He compliments me or roasts me (not cute in this case. It's annoying) with that. I find it really cute.
