Is it ok to wear a sporty one piece without bra pads as a camp counselor for little kids (kind of more a question for the girls)?

I thought it would come with padding or at least a shelf bra inside to put padding in but it didn't and I don't know if I'm comfortable with just not having it or if it's weird to not have the padding.
