Why does she keep staring at me even tho I don’t notice her at all?

She’s been doing this for a long time. She’s said Go Dodgers as that’s the team she supports and so do I but been super shy and one time this guy was near her and she looked embarrassed and she looked down when he said bye to her. She keeps staring at me and just before she did it when driving past and it got me freaked.
