Did we? I wouldn't use those words to describe myself. I don't go out alone at night without a man I can trust. I can't lift heavy weights like men. I can't protect myself if someone decides to attack me. I still cry missing my ex like a silly girl. I am not strong enough to lose my virginity before marriage. You're strong for saving yourself for marriage. Virtue in itself is unpleasant and doesn't give you pleasure. That is why most people don't have any virtue. But the the things you gain from virtue are the most important things you will gain in life. If you were weak you would give into shame peer pressure and just have sex with anyone. You wait for marriage because it is something that is important to you.

If everyone is saying to smoke weed and do drugs it takes a strong person to tell them to go fuck themselves because that mean you won't get approval from everyone else. It shows that you have internal validation and don't need to depend on other people for external validation. Despite all the pressure and anxiety you didn't give in.

The most important things in life are gain through pain and suffering. Like you workout to get a healthy body. You study to learn a new language. Smoking cigarettes and watching gives some people pleasure but they don't get anything meaningful from it.

@babygirl_s It means it means something to you because you put your best forward and were willing to take risk despite feelings of embarrassment and fear. You can't be brave unless you are afraid. If there is nothing to be scare of then it means it doesn't mean anything to you. You were willing to get out of your comfort and try to grow as person and take a risk. We are all able to succeed in life, but not everyone has the guts to fail and embarrass themselves. It takes a strong person to have the guts to fail and look foolish. It meant something important to you. You were strong even taking the risk. You didn't sit back passively and waited for prince charming to come you put yourself out there and tried.
