Why do old women like to gossip a lot on office work?

I work with 2 other women one is 40 and the other is in her 30s. They are so annoying. Ughh they talk behind others back

I have worked with plenty of women in their 20s and they do the same thing. Lots of back stabbing, rumors, and sabotaging each other if it will benefit them. they tend to have cliques/groups that try to turn others against other groups.

Just don't use anyone's name when making comments about things at work, or just say that you haven't experienced anything negative about someone when one group is bashing them. Try to not get involved as much as you can avoid it.

I am having the same issue, I like a guy at work have done for months, he liked, likes me. They make everything into something it isn’t and because of this we won’t talk.
