Why do older woman always have issues with me in the workplace and I literally just come to work. we're also no where near the same age?

Don’t know for sure. But here’s a few possible reasons. You’re cuter. Maybe you get more attention from the men. Maybe they feel threatened that you may replace them. Maybe you’re slower at learning things so they’re not too happy w that. Maybe you complain that you have to do “a lot” of work but they according to them k ow what hard work is since things seem much easier these days than years back. Maybe it’s just bitter older women. Maybe you don’t agree w them on things. There’s a lot of reasons.
