I think you may have made a small mistake. You are asking boys to explain this but you made your question girls only. Unfortunately, I can’t change that for you. The only thing you can do is delete this question when you are allowed and ask again, choosing “guys only” to answer.

I will address your question in any event. People, whether girls or guys, bully others often because they are insecure about themselves. It is called a defense mechanism. It makes them feel better. Bullying is a very sad thing to witness or do.

My best advice is to ignore those that do it. Once they figure out you don’t care and aren’t hurt by it, they typically stop doing it because they get bored of not having the attention that goes along with it.

If this is something that is happening at school, inform your parents and/or teacher and they can take care of the problem. It is best though to not let it get to you and it will likely stop. I know, hard to do but very effective.
