So this co worker that me and her been play fighting at work lately. Today she didn't greet me when i clocked in, instead i waited a couple of minutes after my shift, then i started messing around with her playfully, i started by lowkey tapping her hat off of her head, a couple seconds later as soon i walk away and take some steps away from her she reciprocates the same action towards me, its like she was ready. Is that flirting?

I would say that she at least is comfortable around you. It is borderline flirty.

If I were you, I would ask if she would like to grab coffee or drinks after work or something. Then at least its casual, you can get to know her better (and vice-versa), and see what her body language is like then. Like, if she continuously touches you (your arm, your hat, etc.), she sits really close to you, or even plays footsie with you then I would be more inclined to say she is attracted to you. But right now, its still friendly.
