We texted for couple days asked her out on a date she said she was busy. Kept texting for couple days then she didn’t reply to my last message until after two weeks saying hi. So talked a bit and asked her out on a date again after two days and she agreed rather quickly and answered my phone call.
When the day comes she cancelled on me an hour before saying "It's not going to work out today i had to go out with my mother she has to do something, But we'll talk and reschedule".

so i just replied with "Ok, We'll talk".
Should i just delete her number and move on, i'm so confused

After u said ok we'll talk, just wait for another days til she text u first. Or u can text again like 'ok we'll talk. Just text me whenever u can' and then please do not text her again, ur job now just wait for her text. Over a month if she still not text u, its time to move on. Ain't nobody got 100% busy all the time for a godamn month.
