It looks Norse the N and the slanted backwords Z along with the R and upwards F however that A looking thing don't exist plus while it could be styled norse is straight lines connected they don't have sharp pointing edges or weird curves.

You can find conversion tables online to convert to our A-Z letters. But if it's in a different language then you'll need to figure that.
