I'm in love with my friend's little sister, who's four years younger than both of us. She has long blonde hair, and all she wears are skimpy skirts and crop tops that don't quite cover her breasts (which are not that big yet, but are growing slowly) and expose her midriff, allowing to see her slim figure and the ring in her belly button. I must admit, she's very beautiful, and every time I see her, my heart starts beating at a crazy rate. Wild guess – your chances are lower than 5 %, especially if you value your friendship with her older sibling.

First of all, as bad as this may sound, talk about it with your friend. The least they can do is tell the girl to dress in a less provocative manner. On the other hand, they might help you either see some reason (especially if she is under 15!!!) or tell you more about the sister.
Worst case scenario is losing your friend. Then you probably won't see either of them as much as you would like. Not necessarily a bad thing though, just the hardest option to overcome.

If she is legal and shows no interest, do not force it. Be there if she needs you, which is not probable.
Try to explore what she likes first.
Don't try and make awkward conversation unless the situation asks for a talk.
Don't stare at her, it might make her ununcomfortable If you absolutely have to stare, try not to be creepy.
Don't try to imagine her as your girlfriend, you might end up in a delusional state, which would be terrible for your mental health.

If she is not legal, don't even think about her.
Just don't. No. That is NOT OK. Too young.

You two possibly live in completely different worlds. There is no chance for quite some time.

No matter what, I have a question to ask.
Do you want to date her (as in a serious relationship, for her personality, sense of humor, or something non-sexual), or is it just a desire for her body that is making you crazy?
