Girls, Do some girls act unimpressed when they see a cute guy?

I need advice on what to make of it when girls act unimpressed when they see me. Don't get me wrong, I've been called attractive by girls and guys. Sometimes, I walk in and a girl looks, but there is another girl in the room for example, and she just doesn't care but explicitly so. Like they want to let you know they are not interested by looking away, with a "whatever" demeanor.

Is it true what I think about this or they are just not impressed?

I'm not looking for attention, I just want to be able to understand and can approach a girl I like.

I do act exactly the same because the physical appearance of a person is not relevant to me. Looks fade with time whereas other assets such as character, personality and intellect stay a lifelong.

If you have a miserable character or personality, then your looks cannot compensate for it. It does not matter whether you are Adonis himself, to me, you are not attractive if you have a rotten personality.

This girl that has attracted your attention but remains indifferent to your cuteness is the type of girl that is unimpressed by looks. It is a sign of higher intelligence because she knows her priorities.

Don't worry, there are plenty of other girls that will fall for your cuteness.
