for example, if you did her a favor that she very much appreciated. she was so thankful and grateful. (she's a really nice person). then she sends you a gift every year telling you that you are the best and tells you that she's here for you if you ever need help. You both were never besties. Just acquaintances.

would you think she has a crush on you or would you just think she is a grateful helpful person?
