Why does she keep acting strange towards me?

This girl at my work keeps giving me this joking manner thing. Everytime I come near her work area for something she says in semi serious/joking way by say ' what are you doing here" or " you're in the way". It seems like a joke but she continuously says it everytime. Why is she doing it.
